At Forestasia we specialise in helping our clients gain maximum value and insight from the data and information held within their systems, spreadsheets, and processes. We tailor our services to meet the requirements, timescales and budgets of our customers. While every project is different the list below outlines some of the projects we have successfully completed:

Unlike many of our competitors we will consider all potential engagements regardless of size. We figure that if a job is important enough to a potential client that they have sought us out then it is a job worth looking evaluating, regardless of whether it is a small single day project to build the client a new report, or a multi-year programme of work to design and implement an enterprise wide business intelligence solution.

How We Work
Our flexible engagement model recognises that every client and requirement is different. We only bill clients for the time it takes to fulfil their requirements, and not every job demands that we have a dedicated full time presence at the client's premises.
To illustrate consider a common scenario where a client has a requirement for the creation of a new report. Factoring in analysis, design, development, testing, and end user training the client estimates that the report will require approximately 8 hours total effort over the course of 3 business days. If the work was conducted offsite at the Forestasia offices then the client would be billed for only the 8 hours it actually took to complete the project. Alternatively if the client required a dedicated presence at their site throughout the 3 business days those 8 elapsed hours of effort were carried out then the client would be billed for the 3 days that the consultant was unavailable to work on other projects.

Given that the focus of Forestasia is to help our clients make the most of their data it is unsurprising that our core skills lie in the tools necessary to analyse, capture, organise, store, report on, and present data.
